Terms & Conditions – $500 One-Page Website

Here's what you're agreeing to when you pay $500 for a one-page website with $49/month hosting. Excl GST.

1. What You Get
- A single-page website, built in 7 business days or less. [Initial build presented to client within 7 business days. Does not include any revision requests].
- Covers all the essentials for most businesses.
- We’ll swap in your logo, text, photos, contact info, etc.
- Light copywriting if needed, based on what you provide.
- Mobile-friendly, clean, and no-nonsense.
- Contact form, map, and socials — if you want them.
- Free website redesign every 2 years.

That’s it. One page. No fluff.

2. What’s Not Included
- Multiple pages.
- On-page booking systems, online stores, blogs, or portals. (Off page is fine).
- Custom branding or logo design.
- Back-and-forth revisions until the end of time.
- Calls, Zooms, coffee catch-ups, “strategy” chats.
- This is not a full-service digital agency package.

It’s a one-pager. Built fast. Built well. Move on.

3. Price + Ongoing Costs
- $500 AUD upfront + GST — paid before we start.
- $49/month hosting  + GST, starts when the site is live. Or $490 + GST if paid annually (2 months free).

Hosting includes:
- Keeping the site online
- 2 Minor edit credits per month. (text/images changes, colour changes, logo swapping, url changes).
- Basic support (via email)
- Cancel hosting anytime — but the site goes offline when you stop paying.
‍
No refunds. No “change of mind” clause. We’re not Harvey Norman.

4. Timeline & Your Role
‍
The 7-day timer starts once you’ve:
- Paid the $500
- Filled out our intake form properly
- Sent any required files (logos, photos, etc.)
- If you delay, we delay.
- If you disappear for more than 14 days, we may close the project and call it done.

*in the event we receive a large surge in demand, we reserve the right to extend the delivery timeline up to 4 weeks from form submission.

5. Revisions
- You get one round of revisions after the first draft.
- Revisions = “swap this image” or “change that text,” not “can we redesign everything?”
- Extra revisions = extra cost. Quote provided on request.

6. Ownership & Access
- You own your content (logo, text, images you provide).
- We retain access/admin rights while hosting the site.
- You'll have back-end access to the Wordpress dashboard which controls your site. You can make changes yourself.

7. Legal Bits
‍
Don’t send us stuff you don’t have the rights to.
‍
We’re not responsible for legal issues, broken links, missed leads, or whether your cousin thinks it's “too basic.”
‍
By paying, you agree to these terms — even if you didn’t read them. (Let’s be honest, you didn’t.)

8. Cancellation
Cancel hosting anytime by emailing us.
Site will go offline at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds for partial months or unused time.

9. Final Word
We build fast, clean, effective one-page sites that do the job.
If you’re looking for something fancy, go elsewhere.

If you’re cool with $500 upfront + $49/month, and you just want a website that works without bullshit — welcome aboard.
